I am living in germany and in my computer and my friends also that is in a different part of germany won't open. When to my friends in albania it opens. Is there some kind of block just for germany or what?
Sometimes the "page under daily maintanience" appears. But after that the normal webpage does not. I have worked so hard to get 2 accounts and I refuse for it not to open. It has been two mothns like this. The webpage came in late December and the first times it opened, then in January no more...
Can someone please help me?

It's very possible your ISP has a block on it. I'm in Canada can access the site right now.

That is what I was worried about, I have a rapidshare account but demonoid is just on onether league when it comes to this things.
Can you tell me any tricks, except from proxy because it doen's let you log in
