I was offered a PhD in Computer Science to be completed in 20-25 months at $5100 and I don't know if it's genuine since I can't find the name of Atlantic International University among accredited online universities

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.
AIU is UNaccredited, so you would end up with an expensive, but generally, worthless piece of paper.
