In it I think a girl is told to be an alien queen/princess by an old lady/man that is her neighbor, but in fact is some sort of bodyguard. The day that this girl was born or conceived an alien queen came to earth.
Then I remember that is a part with an alien fight and this girls is given a pair of glasses made of cement I think because the aliens were made of light and seeing them will blind you.
I remember that this girl while being experimented by scientist or being analyzed and they say something like this :
"this girl has a higher IQ than all of us combined."
I know that there are a lot of "or-s" in my description but is one of the first movies that I have ever seen as e child. I am now 20 years old and this film is not from 2003 and higher. Thank you in advance

This is the movie, I thought I was the one that knew all the movies that were made. But man I am glad I was wrong. Thank you a million times. I am now reading the plot in italian and it is as I have seen it as a child. You're the best
