    Try this first

    Try this first (IE/OE closed).
Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) in the box and hit enter

    See if will print now

    Did it work before?

Any changes in any settings since last worked or updates installed?

Is there any error message when you try to print?

You can try this, it will regserv all the files involved

    * Close Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and all Microsoft Office applications.
    * Start Notepad.
    * Copy in the following 10 lines into notepad:

    Quote:

    regsvr32 urlmon.dll
    Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
    Regsvr32 msjava.dll
    Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
    Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
    Regsvr32 mshtml.dll
    Regsvr32 browseui.dll
    Regsvr32 shell32.dll
    Regsvr32 iepeers.dll
    Regsvr32 ole32.dll
    * Save the file as fixoeprint.cmd to desktop
    * Run the file fixoeprint.cmd, accepting all the prompts.

If still not working, do you get any error message at all when trying to print

Try this.. open IE, then go to tools>internet options. Click on the programs tab, click reset web settings on bottom and say OK

Close IE, open OE then try to print
