The simple awnser is to find something that supports your foot properly, so get a shoe that properly supports your arch in your foot, and buy from a store that knows its feet. When fitting you they will measure your foot and should ask to see you walk without shoes on. They will be looking to see if you walk on the inside our outside of your foot more and will recommend a shoe based on your foot. IT is a little more costly that way but well worth it in the long run. Find a store that specializes in athletic shoes, if it's a running store, your morelikely to find people who know feet :)

    Best of Luck!
