I have a selenite desert rose and would like to know how to clean it. It's been in my dad's barn and cats have urinated on it. I've used water but it doesn't get rid of the smell.

I have Gypsum, and Barite roses, they are cool, maybe leave it in the sun. Don't know if long time soaking in water will want to dissolve it or not?
