I am Kiran.I want to apply passport.. I studied B.tech,but I have a backlog remaining in my B.Tech.so my college will not give me bonafide certificate as my academic year is completed and what are the requirements for applying passport.. I have
1. ration card
2.pan card
3.10th class certificates(xerox)[original in my btech college]
4.Intermeduate certificates
5.Birth Certificate
6.Residence Certificate
7.caste Certificate

I don't have voter card...
Please help me I am asking seriously for help.
