I hope you can help me.
My 9 week old puppy has had diarroah for the last 2 days. Hes absolutley fine in himself,but his diiarroah has blood in it.

Since I'm assuming one wouldn't let such a young puppy go more than a day with diarrhea, what did the vet say?

My first inclination would be Parvo? Has he had his vaccines?

It could be parvo.

It could be stress.

It could be coccidea.

It could be worms.

Please take your pup to the vet. All of those ailments are very serious for a young dog.

I did call the vet & they have said to try him with pro-kolin,hopefully this will cure his diarrhea.As I haven't had a puppy since I was a child, I just wondered if this was a common ailment or not.

Did you tell the vet about the blood? If so, change vets.
