    Landlord selling the house
Is a landlord allowed to bring people in the house that I am paying rent if she is selling it. I just don't feel comfortable with random people seeing my stuff.

Do you have a written lease? Are you month to month?

I have a lease. Well a contract It is my wife's grandmas house but my wife's Aunt is selling the house and it is not in a great neighborhood and I don't want people seeing our stuff. If there is nothing I can do about it I will live with it

    What state are you in?

I know in Ohio, as long as the landlord gives 24 hour written notice, they're allowed to show the house.

Your lease should spell out the landlord's right to show the property. If it doesn't, its generally accepted practice to allow the landlord to show the property with reasonable notice.

I am not sure, only the owner can "sell" the house, does the aunt have permission to act as a agent for the grandma?

But yes, they have to give you notice before showing it.

If there is a written lease, the buyers will have to honor it
