    Being sued for a house by a note holder
    Living in home for 10 years paid 15 thousand down payment and 501.00 amonth in 05 file for banckrupty. Noteholder send attorney letter march30 2010 that I need 6000.00 by 4/21/2010 or pay of total dept which I still owe about 55 thousand

    I will assume the home was not included in the bankrutpcy and you keep it.

    So are you beind in the payments ? The bankruptcy does not allow you to live in the house and not make payments?

    If you are behind in payments, yes, they may foreclose and take the house away.

    IThe terms written in the loan agreement tells you what they can and can;'t do
