Where do you live? Some countries its not allowed

Simple awnser, find a wrestling gym and a trainer who will train you and teach you technique, and hit the weights at the gym. You can Google programs for wrestlers and boxers. Once you have a wrestling trainer, they will help you find venues and fights, if this doesn't exist in your country well then you will have to move to achieve your dream.
