Motion to dismiss and vacate writ

I live in rental home that was foreclosed on by the bank and was current on my rent and received a letter from the bank not pay rent to the old landlord anymore and to submit my current leasse to them for approval on honoring it. I then received an ud from previous owner saying I owed them rent for jan and feb when I don't I have copy of money orders I paid with then on the day of the trial I had a seizure waiting outside the court rm. And had to be taken to the ER AND A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT WAS ENTERED and they gave them possession and the marshalls gave notice to be out inb 5 days. So I filed a motion to stay writ and set aside default judgement went to that hearing and was asked for hospital records and told clerk informed me not submit them but I could go home and get them she said okay I'
Ll put you on second call returned 1hour later court clerk notified me they already denied and heard the case 15min. Prior what can I do desperate for help I have no where to take my kids if we get thrown out and the previou lanlord kept my deposit for no reason. HELP PLEASE
