Its off limits until the problem is solved. It has to dry completely before any reconstruction can take place. Otherwise your starting the cycle over. The fastest way would be to just replace that section and make sure your rafters are free of mold also.

Bleach does a good job of killing mold, not a great job. Try a commercial mildewcide and try to get better ventilation in the room
