A neighbor used my vehicle. When she was followed back to the property and was robbed at gun point. This has created fear and anxiety for me since the persons committed the robbery can identify my automobile and property of resident. Can I terminate my lease ?

No, I see no reason for the landlord to let you out of the lease.

I would attempt to negotiate something with the landlord.

The landlord had no responsibility for any of this.
