I would state how pleased you are that they chose to stay with you. Promise them the best of service and care. Possibly tell them about your best items: food, free TV/movies, gym, swimming pool, travel advice, etc.

Tell them that if for any reason they are not satisfied they can contact you personally, give them your name, title, phone number.

And that if there is anything that they need they should call you.

Also that you enjoy providing service and you look forward making their stay comfortable and also look forward to their return.
