I am 20 yrs old and I have and IUD (birthcontrol) in. A little bit over two weeks ago I was messing around with a guy.. he had his member around my vaginal area for a while.. but never penetrated.. My breasts have been extremely sore.. its ridiculous.. and I don't really know if this has anything to do with my sore breasts but after climax (no vaginal penetration, just clitoral masturbation) I had the worst cramps ever, that lasted about 7 to 10 minutes... then went away.. Im just confused because since I have the iud in its not likely I can get pregnant (plus my periods are very irregular). Any answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

An IUD is not 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Also, it is not necessary for penetration to get pregnant. Any sperm released near the vagina have a chance of entering the vagina and making their way to fertilize the egg! Sore breasts may be an early sign of pregnancy. I would make an appointment with your Ob/Gyn ASAP, especially since you said your periods are irregular.
