    rheem hot water heater troubleshooting
I have a rheem hws model no 111160 installed jan. 2002 it has a small leak from around the element seal and seems to leak overnite. I tightened the bolts which helped but it still leaks with some condensation on the cover.FONT]

I installed a new pressure relief valve and retightened the seals and so far it has stopped leaking

The leak turned out to be a leaking cylinder after 8 years since installation. I had the water cylinder replaced and so far OK. Thanks for the advice. motiman
