    Hi I am 55 I just became totally disabled . I will not be able to go back to my job of 15 years , or any other job for that matter I have 60,000 in my 401k my life expectancy is very is not good what to do?

    Hello Tipp99 - I'm not sure what exactly you're asking here. If you need to take money from your 401(k) you can certainly do it, because since you are "totally and permanently" disabled you can take withdrawal(s) without having to pay the 10% early withdrawal penalty.
