How do you stop a restraing order against a defendant
There are three main requirements a restraining order to be ordered:
1 attempting to cause or causing physical harm;
2 placing another in fear of imminent serious physical harm;
3 causing another to engage involuntarily in sexual relations by force, threat or duress.
Why do you want the order removed?
It depends on what reason you used.
