I filled a temporay restraning order against my kids father and want to stop it can I do that.

I believe you can talk to the judge about it. If the person that issued it doesn't want it anymore, it would seem logical that they would not make you keep it there. If not then you will have to wait for renewal.

You can request that it be removed but the judge will make the decision.

What caused you to file in the first place? Why do you want the order removed?
