I mean is zina and ehtalam the one and same

No zinz is an act which is between two persons. One male and one female. It is asexual act with consent and is a sin to be punished by HAD.
Quran has fixed its punishment.
Ahtelam is an act which occurs when a young male is sleeping. It is sponteneous and without one's own effort.
It is common at young age before marriage. It is not sin. It is not punishsable.
