I have Bad teath on the bottom right in my mouth and probably need to do a few Implants. I only have a Hospital plan medical aid and they would only cover cases that are considered emergency or cases that would be of a major deterioration of my health and possibly the Inability for me to eat proparly.

I ma looking for the correct medical motivation so I can submit this to my medical plan to approve this procedure.
