    Air is not cool
    I am running my air for the first time this summer and it is blowing warm air and the fan is not turning.I just had the whole unit rewired and all new parts was put in.it's a payne unit.

    If you just had the whole unit rewired with all new parts I suggest you call back the person that did the work and have them fix it.
