I have a 2005 honda S2000 that possibly was flooded not sure and there was quiet a bit of stuff not working on the car when I got it which I have gotten a lot of it fixed. But no the engine is bogging or sputtering however you want to say it when I accelerate and WILL NOT hit vtec if I try it just continues to bog down unlike with lower rpm acceleration when it just does it more or less randomly. I replaced all 4 spark plugs they had carbon build up on then and put in some fuel injector cleaner and that seemed to help and almost go away but is coming back again just not as bad. Anyone have an idea what this could be I am running out of things I can do myself

Check for any codes, even if the CEL is not on.
