Slip and fall on common interest property
After a HOA homeowners meeting I fell when exiting a unit. Is the HOA responsible?

What were the circumstances ? A loose rug, water on the floor, etc. It all depends on the circumstances.

It can depend, if you merely triped over your own feet, or last balance and fell, most likely no, if there was some danger or some probem that they should have been aware of.

    Hello dun:

The owner of the unit might be the responsible one, and NOT the HOA. I'd visit a personal injury lawyer. They won't charge you up front and you'll only pay them if you win.

Who's responsible? Depends on the circumstances but most likely the unit owner.

What are your physical damages and how high a medical bill did you rack up?

How did you injure yourself? Slip and fall covers a multitude of scenerios. Slip on what - fall on what.
