Which foods should be avoided for healthy skin?
Fast food should be high on that list.
1-old, consumed and frozen food can be avoided for better skin look.
2- Avoid All synthetic food / food containing chemicals also should avoid
3- high amount of sugar & salt in food stuff can also avoided
Saturated fats, dairy products, Caffeinated foods... Instead eat foods containing omega 3 (fish), beta carotene, nuts (walnuts) and instead of regular dairy, try low fat dairy products.
What are some specific foods to avoid?
Consuming too much junk and prepackaged foods will not only result in weight gain but also a pasty complexion and hair that's lifeless.
Fat content products & oily products can be avoided.. .
