Good quality protein and healthy fats, and cut out the things which stress your skin: smoking, sugar, drinking, processed foods. Get plenty of fruit and veg and use olive oil on your salads.

Gelatin is popular to improve skin and nail health.

Eggs, olive oil, salmon, sardines, mackerel, gelatin and jelly. Real chicken or beef stock, made from boiled bones. Walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds, coconut.

All sorts of green vegetables. Whole fruits (not juice or puddings).

    Lots of water.
