My neighbor owns a 10 hp craftsman DRM500 lawn mower. He tells me and I see that the speed it travels is very slow and he tells me that it has only one speed, but I believe that there must be a way to increase the speed. Does it only have one speed and is it always that slow? There are levers that he doesn't know what they do. If you could help he I would appreciate it. Thanks

The Transaxle is a single speed and is driven by a Variable speed pulley. They are slow machnes
