I have a pane heat pump model phlzna030000aaaa I have hah to have the condenser fan motor replaced 3 times in the last 5 years.I just bought a new aosnith motor like the one that was put on 2 years agoit is a multi hp unit 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/5 hp I wired it up like the last one but the motoe will barely turn.coud it be the wrong condenser? The one on the unit now is a MARS a10000 afc proteced 7.5+/-6%370 vac 50/60hz 40/070/21p2 sh 0348a 70c 3259755h37a14n4x 12007

I would recommend getting the exact replacement from payne. This is probably most of your trouble.
