    Installing toilet
We've just remodeled our bathroom I was not present when tour that was removed it is flange actually faces the wrong direction for 20 years. Tile has all been set and grouted. Is there an adapter to turn tour that 90° so it can be bolted down properly?

    Morris,

Yes, home improvement stores generally have several extenders/adapters that could be used in a case like this. It's hard to say exactly what you need in your particular case but I would think that you should be able to find what you need (and hopefully a reasonably knowledgeable sales person to help you find it) at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.

If you can post a picture of your existing flange, that would make it a little easier for me to give you a more specific answer.

P.S. I just completed a remodel of our downstairs bathroom, changed the floor from wood to tile and installed a new toilet. I'm not a plumber or anything but this is something I've done a few times.

You shouldn't have to change anything but the location of the closet bolts to turn the toilet 90 degrees. All flanges are pretty much the same, (see image) with small slots 90 degrees across from the long ones you're using now. Simply change the bolts over the small slots and you will have turned the toilet 90 degrees. Good luck, Tom
