Is it sensation driven or mentally?

What I mean is do you orgasm so fast because it feels that good or because you get anxious?

How long do you last in minutes? 1-5-10?

How many times a day-week-month do you masterbate?

And at what pace do you go during sex? Fast, Slow, Medium?

    Suggestion 1...
OK you may try going much faster or much slower with intercourse. Changing it up my be odd feeling enough to give you more longevity.

    Suggestion 2...
If you only masterbate once a week encrease the amount of times to once a day and use a lot of pressure. It will not happen immediately however you will start feeling less and less down there. Sex is supposed to feel good but if it is so crazy good that you blow it in minutes you could use a little less sensation down there.

    Suggestion 3...
Try different positions if you haven't already. I know there are a few positions that just do not work for me. I know not all men share this problem but like when she is on top, its not happening for me, she can go as long as she wants without any danger of it ending on my part. So that's just what I would try.
