    It's really hard to give a price. Call at least three contractors, check references. It could be as little as $500 or as much as $1500. Permits, local ordinances, so many things to factor in. You could go to the local village, city hall and ask if they have any preferred contractors. Good luck.

    If you have fuses, considering the age of the service chances are you will need a whole service upgrade, not just a panel change.
