I attended Michael Reese School of Nursing and graduated with a diploma in nursing in 1975. The school of nursing and hospital have been closed for the past several years. I am trying to locate a transcript of my nursing classes. Any idea where I could find this information?

Try contacting the board of registration for nursing in your state and see if they have copies of those transcripts. If that doesn't work you can contact the board of (higher) education or accrediting agency for the state, they may have information on where (or if) the transcripts were stored.

What is the purpose of getting the transcripts?

Contact the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing. Ask them to transfer you to someone who can assist you with procuring transcripts for Michael Reese School of Nursing, which has its transcripts stored at UIC's CoN. For academic transcript purposes, these are considered official and I recently submitted mine to an accredited university, which accepted them.
