Hello... I have been convicted for aggravated assault to which I plead guilty to. I was defending myself from 3 people getting ready to beat me up and I pulled a knife to use as a scare tactic and did not cut anyone. They called the police and I got arrested and charged with aggravated assault and plead guilty to a plea bargain that my public (pretender) defender conned me into doing. Now I'm screwed to something I wish I would have tried to fight in court. Will the country of Holland let me move there now?

Call their embassy and ask. No one here is going to help you commit a crime - avoid Court.

If the Public Defender did not do his/her job, file for an appeal based on poor representation.

You sound like nothing that happened is your fault, from your arrest to your plea.
