I am in ky on interstate compact ,from nc. I have violated my probation and I had only 8 months of 5 yrs left. I have a class e felony. Will nc extradite me back to nc. And what will happen jail time if so how much. This is my only crime..

They may extradite you back and your sentence could start all over again. There is no way for us to tell what is going to happen in front of a judge.

Only the Judge knows - and do you want to spend the rest of your life waiting for the warrant to come to the attention of the authorities? And there WILL be a warrant which will never die.

NC is not very far from KY, So it is very likely.

Also if they don't, they can still violate you and issue a warrant, which freezes your probation so you would not have gotten off.

So they could merely just wait to arrest you and take you back latter.

My bet because this is not like Texas to NY they will come get you
