    Hello S:

I guess after I talk to my attorney I'll know more. I was just wondering what my other options were. Alcohol classes, more community service, etc.

What exactly would that help? And would it be beneficial to call my old PO and have a conversation with her? My new one isn't near as friendly. I understand they have a job to do.

    Hello again, S:

I was being a bit facetious, dude. I was referring to drinking in a BIG city where your chances of running into your PO are greatly diminished...

Nahh. You're violated. She can't help. As a matter of fact, she could hurt you. After all, she DID snitch you off. Nope. Don't talk to anybody but your lawyer and the judge.

Nahhh. They're not friendly, are they?

Ha! Yep. We were actually at an NRA banquet with my company. She was serving drinks to the head table. I'm not sure she even saw me take a drink, she just saw me carrying a cup back to our table. Which was for my dad, but I know it's all perception.

It will be up to the Judge at your VOP hearing what happens to you. We can only guess at this point seeing that she saw you with the beer in your hand. She may have seen you take a drink as well.

Don't contact her and give her a lame excuse such as it was for my dad, etc. as that will only make her annoyed at you.

Talk to your attorney and no one else.
