Cannot get pics from camera to computer. Either it says it can't get device information or it doesn't give me a choice of which program to open when I connect to the computer. It was so easy with my old camera and this is a pain! How do I download my pictures from the camera??

I redownloaded Kodak Easyshare and still my computer can't get the info from my camera. Driving me crazy!

Post what type of camera it is...

Usually you plug it in via a USB cable, and then you can access it through "My Computer"

If not, you may have to remove the memory device (Usually an SD card) and connect that to the computer directly.
