    Home Partition among brothers?
We(Me and my brother) have a house registered on the name of our father(who is no more now).Me and my brother separated from each other and we divided our house with the wall.Half of the house belongs to him and half to me.
But we haven't register it anywhere.Do we have to register it anywhere? If yes then Where?
The registry of the house is still on the name of my Father?Do I have to change on my name? How much money this process will take?

If the title of the house is still in your father's name, then you have to change the deed. To do this you will have to show that you were your father's legal heirs, either by will or inheritance laws.

    Yes.

And in order to physically partition the house, you would have to get approval from the local government, as otherwise it might constitute an illegal subdivision.
