Have beauiful glowing skin in 30minutes!
    Hi guys!
I just want to share this secret(well, its no secret anymore) with all of you here who want to have beautiful, fair and glowing skin.
This is a natural way to lighten your skin.It works very very well.
I did this regime everyday before going to sleep.I have stopped because I cannot find some of the ingredients I need.
However, after a month, you can skip days of doing this.
    What you need is:
    A bowl
A hand full of Bathing Salt
A hand full of cooking salt.
    An egg.
    Honey
    Lemon-You need half every session
Sodium Copper-You need a dessert spoon every session or half a packet(Now,this is what I can not find. When I was in Cameroon,I used to get it in sachets from the pharmacy. Its a laxative)

    Now lets get cooking.

In a bowl, measure both bathing and cooking salt. Then add just the egg white, the juice from half a lemon,a dessert spoon of sodium copper and lastly, honey.Add the honey bit by bit until it the mixture is just thick enough for you to use as a scrub.

I don't need to tell you to take of your clothes, do I?
Start scrubbing first the dark areas of your body and then all other parts.Avoid your eye region.make sure you don't forget your back, sole of your feet, neck and belly.Your butt and inside thighs too.
When I mean scrub... I mean scrub and not caressing! When you are done scrubbing, just sit and enjoy your bathroom for 30 minutes-NO LESS.

Take a warm shower and wash off all the scrub.

I leave it you you to tell me how your skin feels...
After this, you can use your BIO CLAIRE(lol.just kidding).Oil your body with your lotion and that is it.

Wishing you happy scrubbing and the best feeling ever.
I'll let you make the comments.

    Hmmm very interesting scrub.
You've got your sweet and sour and salt all together.
Sounds pretty good for a quick glow!

@ Nikkicute... trust me on this...
It works. You have instant smooth skin. The feeling is great... especially before you go to bed.
The lemon and sodium copper give the lightening effect.
    Bonne chance!

Violaname thanks for the recipe and creativity. Would you recommend sea salt also as an option? Also, on what regular basis do you perform this?

    You are most welcome!
Emm... I don't know. Never used it as an option. But I think it is virtually the same thing. I did it everyday until I achieved my goal-as you put it.When I was doing this,I used So White body lotion and it was perfect. It worked wonders on me.But one needs 10g of Patience. There were times I ran out of it while looking at my bathroom wall!:D

I forgot to add... please do not mix the scrub and let it stay for too long.Only mix it when you are about to use it.

Does it act like an exfoliant? Or how many shades do you brighten?
    Brighten or lighten.
Do you use soap? Or no soap?

I would love to be amber rose skin tone.

I'm not sure how to word my questions so please don't take any offence at all

Why do you want to lighten the skin? Is this a practice darker skinned people do? i.e. african skin?

    Ha ha!
There are so many reasons people do it...
Its not only done by some dark skinned individuals but even the fair! It cuts across virtually all races.
    Reasons??
*Some feel complexed maybe because of the way they have been treated in the past or...
*Others want fair skin because... why do you want a tan? Or break it down... a manicure?
*Some suffer from vitiligo and are left with no option but totally depigment.
    There may be more reasons...
