Can you take a person back to court that have court orders after they file bankruptcy
My ex has 2 court orders that require paying money back for back IRS taxes and filing fees. The ex then filed bankruptcy. I am hearing both ways, am I able to take back to court now that the bankruptcy is done to get the money for these court ordered documents?

You will not have to take him back to court because IRS taxes are not dischargable in bk. He will have to pay. Are the back taxes in both names?

Yes it was when we were married, when I divorced I paid them all in which the ex is suppose to p ay the other half. The other one was both parties agreed to pay half the divorce, court order for this also, nothing has been paid on either.

Was he suppose to pay "you" back for taxes you paid or returns he did not give you ?

Or is he suppose to pay the IRS back directly

It would seem to me that if it was court ordered that he was to pay you directley then he would have to pay you. You may have to take HIM to court.
