I have just had to replace the heating elaments now I have very low water pressure on the hot water side only only with 2 locations. Location 1 is the washer by the tank & the other is the jack 7 jill that's not even the fartherest away.

You need to clean the cartridges, supply lines or stop valves to these fixtures. Whenever you turn the water in your house off, sediment that is held in place by water pressure gets released from the spot it is stuck in and then washes down the line when you turn it back on.
