I am on the pill, and have been for the past 6 years. Im 22 F, fairly positive I'm NOT pregnant. My nipples hurt SO MUCH and are quite swollen, This has never happened before. Any one have anyideas on what it may be and what I can do to make the pain decrese.

It's possible your boobs are growing. They can keep growing into your mid-twenties, and get pretty tender while they're growing.

Have you talked to a doctor?

Anywhere near your period? Sometimes mine get sore around then. Advil helps. And a sports bra or no bra.

How long has this been going on? A couple days? A couple weeks?

Its been happening only for a few days. No where close to my period. And no I haven't talked to a dr.. YET, if it continues I shall be going on Tuesday. Thanks for responding :)

It's possible your boobs are just growing. It's also possible it's a hormonal imbalance, and any number of other things.

If there's ANY chance you may be pregnant, then taking a home test wouldn't be a bad idea. The worst thing that happens is you spend a few bucks to rule out that possibility.
