Rheem 81V52D- No power- Was shut off for a short time, drained and reset. We have changed the elements (both top and bottom). We have checked the breakers and all connections exposed outside of the water heater and all seems fine. Would like HELP in troubleshooting. Is there a connection inside we maybe missing.
