The Tin Man is a movie called House shot in 2008.

The tin man is an older movie. Made around 1996-1999. Horror movie. It was some what on the order of house where I believe some people had come to an house located in the woods and here was this tin man they find (somewhat on the order of the Scarecrow just there) they laugh whatnot and at night he comes to life

Hey Chryste.. Hope you found the movies and I do have to say thanks for the compliment. I found out you can't agree or disagree until you have a few more post. Don't let that stop you from asking our help. I love looking for old music and movies. In fact in the process of looking for Sandman and Tinman I found an old horror movie I had forgotten called "Summer of Fear". It's great so you keep asking for help when you need it. Ouinn is the best on finding them but every now and then I find one... You take care now.
