Why hg bulb buzzing noise makes all the time

Since Hg is the periodic symbol for mercury, and all HID and fluorescent lamps contain mercury, hard to tell exactly what kind of lamp you have. Can be the lamp is mismatch with the ballast, or it may be the ballast itself is buzzing.
