Can you fly before your court date?
Can you fly out of state before your pre-trial hearing date? Or do they keep you on the no fly list until everything is settled?

Right now you're not convicted of the crime you were arrested for. Of course you can fly prior to your pretrial hearing. But be sure to let your attorney know your whereabouts in case he needs to contact you.

    Hello f:

If you were arrested, you were released on your own recognizance or you posted bail. In either case, you were given the terms of your release when you left the courthouse. I'll bet you even signed them. THAT'S where you need to look.

Yes, Exie, if there is some sort of restriction from leaving the state in the person's bond paperwork, then they cannot leave the jurisdiction at all. Consult your bond paperwork or O.R. paperwork to be sure.
