    File 1040
    Hi,

I was in USA from 2004 till Nov. 2009. I left USA on Nov. 21 2009. Can I file 1040EZ or do I have to file 1040NREZ ?
In previous year I had filed 1040 EZ (joint return). This year should I do the same. Presently, I am in India. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for help. I need to know, in the address column of 1040EZ, can I write address of my home county (India)!

Yes, you can insert the Indian mailing addresss on the Form 1040EZ.

Note that you must also complete a Residency Termination Statement and mail it to the IRS facility in Austin, Texas. The requirement for this statement is specified on page 13 of IRS Pub 519.
