What should someone do if it feels like that professor did not do the fair grading or puposly gave the student a "0" score even the answere were right. This is "what to do beside talking to the professor". Is giving the professor all the chances and wait for the end of the semster for final result is the good idea. (sure do all the remaining test good and than see the end result)

There should be an Ombudsperson office in your campus. If this is an online course, you should also be able to find the e-mail on your university/college website. Talk to them about the situation and the should be able to help you or direct you to the right people who can.
