80's animated film about dream makers...
I'm trying to figure out the name of a film related to Star Brite, Care Bears and My little Pony.
It's about colorful, rainbow people who poured potions and made dreams for kids on Earth. They had really high-pitched magical voices. At some part of the movie I remember a sad horse-type pet who was flying around in space, because its owner made it sad. And I also remember at one point a cute colorful animal turned into an evil green woman with a mean voice.
It's right on the tip of my tongue, it could be called dreamgazers, dreammakers, something along those lines!
