Horror film from the 80's
I'm trying to track down a film I saw years ago, I think from the 80's. A family are driving, there's two girls and a boy. The younger girl and her brother play a trick on their sister and tie her shoe laces together when she is asleep. Something goes wrong with the car and everyone escapes before it catches on fire except the older sister who gets stuck because of her tied shoe laces. She comes back as a ghost and haunts the younger sister taking out the family members one by one in revenge. Towards the end the younger sister is going up the stairs running a pizza cutter along the banister. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
